Management Report - Health Services (3001)

Monitor the completion status for Health Requirements, Immunizations and Growth Assessments.

When looking at 45 and 90 day requirements, Under Req means that those requirements were met before the 45 or 90 day deadline passed. Over Req refers to whether or not the requirement was completed past the 45 or 90-day mark. Children who are Total Comp will either fall in the Under Req or Over Req category since they either finished their requirements before or after the deadline.
